This course will teach you how to interpret your lab results to ensure your hormones are in optimal, not "normal," range. We will discuss how your hormones may be impacting the symptoms you are experiencing, and we will discuss a variety of ways to address hormonal imbalances. Hormones can be supported by healthy lifestyle changes, herbal medicine, bio-identical hormones, and/or prescription medications. We will discuss all of these options and determine which will be best suited for you
